The Center for Economic Development (CED) is your connection for human community collaboration, research, and analysis. What do we mean when we say "community"? A community is a dynamic organization of human interaction. It can be defined either along geographical lines (i.e. the community in and around Quincy, CA), or demographic lines (i.e. the Hispanic community in Kings Beach, CA). We can usually produce information on any such community you need.
